Basically, we can say there are two can categorize it into two different types. The digital marketing/communication is categorized into two segments:
- Inbound Marketing: This technique takes the help of social media, creating blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, digital content in e-books, webinars or e-newsletter to increase the number of clicks on links and learn more about a company and its services. Inbound marketing also includes Search engine optimization, paid discovery, and paid search help people find marketers’ content.
- Outbound Marketing: This segment includes placing ads in newspaper, radio ads, cold-calls or reach out potential customers through digital mediums.
